Mercy Neighborhood Ministries Program Coordinator

Full-Time, Days

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, social work or health related field required
Experience: 5 years of health-related experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master's in Public Health or related field
Experience: 5 years of healthcare experience, experience developing programming that address health equity and social determinants of health, experience. CBISA data entry experience.

Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
• Is knowledgeable of health assessments, screenings, and health equity programs.
• Can gather and collect data for financial purposes. Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrates strong verbal, including public speaking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse community groups and individuals.
• Demonstrates understanding of epidemiology and social determinants of health.
• Ability to develop strategic work relationships both internal to Mercy and externally with community-based organizations and regional partners.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word.
