Description
We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the MERN stack, experience working in services based environments
Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.Js, Node.js MongoDB and Express.js
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software through iterative development.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring sessions, and support junior team members when required.
- Manage and coordinate with development teams when necessary, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve software performance and maintainability.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, especially with MERN technologies.
- Under-graduation and internship experience will not be counted
- Prior experience in team management, mentoring, or technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred but not a deal breaker:
- Experience with Python (especially for backend microservices or scripting).
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate) are a plus.
