About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Full Stack Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL databases, AWS, and CI/CD.

The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end product features, designing reliable APIs, building responsive user interfaces, working with databases, and deploying applications on AWS. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ownership and the ability to work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.

• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend components using React and TypeScript.

• Develop backend services and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Take ownership of features from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Follow coding standards, design principles, and best practices to deliver high-quality software.

API & Backend Development

• Design and develop secure and scalable REST APIs.

• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and API integrations.

• Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.

Database Development

• Work with SQL databases for application data storage and retrieval.

• Design tables, relationships, queries, and database structures based on application requirements.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for performance.

• Ensure data consistency, security, and integrity.

AWS & Cloud

• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Work with AWS services to build scalable and reliable application architectures.

• Troubleshoot application and cloud-related issues in development, staging, and production environments.

• Contribute to improving application scalability, availability, security, and performance.

CI/CD & Engineering Practices

• Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment processes.

• Support automated testing, code quality checks, and release processes.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

Collaboration & Ownership

• Work closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and other developers.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.

• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Good understanding of REST API development and integration.

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with AWS.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS CDK.

• Knowledge of AWS Lambda and EKS.

• Experience building Serverless applications.

• Domain experience in Real Estate or CRM applications.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Knowledge of data partitioning and scalable database architecture.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a strong hands-on Full Stack Developer who can work across frontend, backend, database, and cloud environments. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a mindset for building scalable and reliable product solutions.
