MERN Stack Developer

Summary

Build and maintain scalable web apps using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js; design APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate with teams in Surat.

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven MERN Stack Developer with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating effectively, and leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and software quality.

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications.
  • Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Follow coding standards, version control, and development best practices.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and React component architecture.
  • Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases, cloud platforms, or Docker is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms for requirement analysis, planning, coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and learning.
  • Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
