Key Responsibilities

1. MES product design, development, testing, & documentation
2. MES production support, MES Product delivery support, and CIM delivery project support resulting in satisfied customers.
3. Organize meetings concerning all phases of product & project lifecycle (requirement collection, specification, development and testing, delivery and sign-off).
4. Determine solutions for customer requirements through the application of MES. This includes analyzing and understanding customer manufacturing issues and requirements, understanding the customer environment and documenting its processes and procedures, mapping the processes and procedures on CIM components and interfacing with software engineers on MES application functionality and operation. It also includes determining the requirements for functionality required beyond the standard product offering.
5. Participate in documentation reviews as appropriate.
6. Participate in on-going training to customers for sales and marketing issues.
7. Keep up-to-date on new technologies and new products by attending classes, seminars, conferences, and/or presentations.
8. Meet department and/or company quality standards.

Requirements

1. Above bachelor degree in industrial engineering or information engineering
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring an MES system in a production semiconductor (Prefer to have 300 mm and backend experience) , LCD, LED & Solar industries or nice to have Medical Device & Electronic manufacturing experience
3. Expert knowledge of more than one manufacturing systems as FAB300, FACTORYworks, SiView, CamStar, Critical Manufacturing MES, and the wafer fabrication factory floor
4. Preferred to master C++ Programming, C# programming, Web programming, & SQL Programming
5. With rich team development experience with more than 2 years leader experience
6. Software engineering expertise
7. Aggressive and Cooperative
