MES Engineer

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 6,500 per month

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for customer MES project management, customer liaison, information security policy planning, and the management of the factory’s IT infrastructure.

2. Collaborate in MES projects and monitor key project progress.

3. Lead the local factory team in deploying the customer MES system environment.

4. Participate in MES system training together with new team members and plan the subsequent system maintenance structure from a supervisory perspective.

5. Provide daily HelpDesk support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for factory users.

6. Participate in the actual operation of customer MES projects and ensure that the factory’s basic IT services remain operational when issues arise.

7. Responsible for MES system localisation development, customised modifications, functional testing, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in PL/SQL development is preferred.

2. Possess experience or capability in MES system environment deployment, project coordination, and customer technical liaison.

3. Possess the ability to perform MES system development, customised modifications, functional testing, and troubleshooting.

4. Possess HelpDesk support and daily IT issue-resolution capabilities.

5. Able to handle major IT incidents and provide second-level technical support.

6. Able to guide new team members and plan the subsequent system maintenance structure.

7. Possess good communication and coordination skills when working with customers, factory users, and relevant project personnel
