MES Operation Engineer/ Developer_ Bilingual (Korean/ English) Preferred
Summary
Develops and maintains Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for automotive facilities, integrating equipment automation, quality management, and logistics systems using Java, Oracle DB, and SECS/GEM protocols.
Required to identify and recommend MES System Administration improvements, manage internal MES development efforts in accordance with established IT procedures.
- MES, MCS, EIS, QMS operation and development
- Process Management, Facility Management, Quality/ Material Management, Report, ERP I/F
- Operation and development of facility automation related systems
-Tool Interface Spec for communication with Equipment (SECS/GEM)
-EIS(Equipment Interface System) Integration SEMI E82, E88 Based E30 (GEM)
-Logistics Automation: STK-SEM, IB-SEM based logistics operation
- Actively participate on a technical project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained.
- Participate in gathering and documenting customer requirements for MES system through client interviews, documentation analysis and Work Flow Process Mapping.
- Support the design, development, deployment and maintenance (including testing) of MES systems.
- Any additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
- Entry to Senior level professionals experienced in MES for the automobile industry.
- Experience with QMS(FDC, YMS) / Miracom MES Package
- JAVA / Oracle DB
- Project Management Discipline
- Technical Writing
- Gather, analyze, document, and implement changes/enhancements/solutions in conjunction with business departments such as planning, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance
- Good reasoning, problem solving and project management capability with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven Teamwork player with other team members.
- B.A and B.S on MIS, CIS, CS or CE
- Bilingual Korean/ English preferred
- Proven customer service ethic and character.
