Key Responsibilities
• Implement, support, and maintain MES (PAS-X), Track & Trace, and L2 integration systems
• Perform MBR administration and provide functional support for PAS-X and Track & Trace
• Interface instruments with Historian and MES systems
• Prepare and maintain project and validation documentation (CSV, process flows)
• Ensure solutions meet GxP standards and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and business users
• Troubleshoot and resolve user queries effectively.

Educational Qualifications
Required: BE / BTech / BCA / BSc IT / MCA
Preferred: Specialization in IT or Computer Science
Experience Required
Must Have:
• 3–5+ years of experience with PAS-X, L2 Integration, Track & Trace
• 3+ years as a Business/Technical Analyst in MES environments
• Strong knowledge of PAS-X and Track & Trace processes
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with Equipment, SCADA, DCS, and interface protocols
• Understanding of validation processes (21 CFR Part 11)
Nice to Have:
• Project Management experience
