Meta Ads Media Buyer

ZBL is an international EdTech product company that builds, launches, and scales proprietary education brands in the Health & Fitness niche, powered by global influencers and performance marketing. We operate as a full-cycle model: from idea and product development to marketing, analytics, and operations — fully in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple products and audiences.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize ad performance.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copy, and formats for maximum engagement.
Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for the marketing team.
Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of audience research, targeting, and ad segmentation.
Experience with ad creative testing, copywriting, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with ad budget management and bidding strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
