Metal Production Operator

About the role

Do you have experience in industrial environments or a desire to develop yourself in the metal sector? At Randstad, we are selecting an Operator for a leading company in the manufacture of fastening systems for precast concrete located in Sarral (Conca de Barberà).

What you'll do

As part of the production and metal forming line, your main functions will be:

• Operation and supply of industrial machinery for the manufacture of anchors and metal systems.
• Handling, cutting, bending, and assembly of fastening parts for precast concrete.
• Visual quality control and dimensional verification of finished parts.
• Packaging, labeling, and preparation of product for subsequent distribution or shipment.
• Basic maintenance of the workstation and rigorous compliance with occupational safety regulations.

What we're looking for

Residence in Sarral, Montblanc, or nearby towns in Conca de Barberà / Alt Camp.

Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical work guidelines.

Availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.

Own vehicle to commute to the workplace in Sarral.

Nice to have

Previous experience as an operator in factories, metal workshops, or industrial production environments is valued.

What you'll get

Salary: €11.69 gross/hour.
