The
Position
The Metal Roofing
Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing teams involved in the removal
and/or installation of metal roofing on both commercial and residential
projects.
Specific
responsibilities include:
- Supervising
and leading teams in all aspects of metal roofing projects
- Ensuring
high standards and quality workmanship in all roofing installations and repairs
- Managing
project timelines and co-ordinating resources effectively
- Collaborating
with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project
execution
- Monitoring
compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Providing
regular progress reports to Management
The Ideal
Candidate
The ideal
candidate must be trade qualified in roofing, with experience in supervising
construction/roofing teams.
You will
also possess the following:
- A
minimum of 2 years of roof plumbing experience, with a focus on metal roofing
- Proven
experience in a supervisor or project management position
- Exceptional
attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact
professionally with clients and team members
- Valid
EWP (Elevated Work Platform) and Work Safety at Heights Certificates
- Full-time
position with a competitive salary of $95,000 per annum (negotiable based on
experience)
