The Position
In the role of Metal Roofing Supervisor you will be directly reporting
to the Production Manager and will be tasked with supervising the removal
and/or installation of metal roofing on commercial sites and residential
dwellings.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Supervision
of leading hands and teams of qualified roofers/ plumbers.
- Working
with metal roofing structures, installing gutters, downpipes, flashings,
eaves, offsets and rainwater tanks, box gutters.
- Supervising
installations of metal re-roofs for residential dwellings.
- Management of daily work schedule
in a timely & efficient manner.
- Providing the highest level of
customer service, including the effective and timely management of
customer complaints.
- Ensuring all job sites and practices are compliant with relevant
Workplace Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
The Ideal Candidate
The
ideal candidate must be trade qualified in roofing, with experience in
supervising construction/roofing teams.
You will
also possess the following:
- Have a minimum of 2 years roof plumbing
experience (essential).
- Previous supervisory and project
management experience (desirable)
- High standard and quality of
workmanship.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate
effectively and professionally.
- Ability to organise and
supervise teams.
- EWP or Work Safely at Heights
Certificate would be an advantage.
The Benefits:

position with a salary of between $85,000-$100,000 (negotiable on experience),
plus superannuation, vehicle and phone. They are interested in upskilling their
