Job Requirements

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within dimensional inspection and measurement processes.
  • Support the survey, market watch on the new innovative Metrology automation solutions and their deployment across EMIA manufacturing sites.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 principles
  • Deploy and execute Lean Digital Metrology roadmap initiatives.
  • Lead and support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects focused on metrology operations to Improve inspection efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize metrology process workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Plant Metrology Centers.
  • Promote standardization, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the GDM network.
  • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve measurement capability, productivity, and system effectiveness.
  • Support the integration of advanced metrology technologies into manufacturing environments.
  • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives in alignment with the TEOA Business System.

Your main tasks

  • Technical qualification, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Automation, Project Management, or Manufacturing Operations may be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Operations, or related industrial environments.
  • Experience leading process improvement, digitalization, automation or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in cross-functional projects and stakeholder management.

Mandatory:

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with TEOA tools and deployment.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • English proficiency.
  • Ability to drive change and process optimization initiatives.
