MEX - Factoring - MEX - Sr. Collateral Analyst

The Sr. Collateral Analyst responsible for auditing customer invoices in accordance with ECS’s standard operating procedures. The position would require proficiency in all processing functions within the department and excellent client service and relationship skills.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively engage in scheduling, planning and facilitating an effective one-on-one with my leader on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Proactively utilize Call Copy ad a performance review tool to seek and engage feedback from my leader.
Ensuring that Notice of Assignment is confirmed with debtors to secure payment of invoices to ECS.
Adherence to company attendance, punctuality, and dress code policy
Completion of weekly commitments and goals
Audit client’s portfolio, assess risk and implement corrective action plans
Audit client invoices following standard operating procedures
Facilitate the funding of new clients.
Monitor and maintain quality of portfolio by alerting management of any discovered irregularities or suspected problems
Ensuring attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications / Skills

Ability to quickly learn software systems
Excellent phone mannerisms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple operating systems
They must have the ability and willingness to adapt to change and to be a team player in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years of billing or auditing experience

Work experience Requirements

6+ months call center experience
6+ months customer service
6+ Previous knowledge on Hiring Criteria and use of CRM.

Education, experience, and Licensing requirements

Highschool diploma
College in progress
Microsoft Office: Advanced ( Excel, Word, Outlook, others)
Sales force, CRM or others, desirable
