1.Establish, manage, and provide professional support to meet Honeywell Aerospace HSE policy

Key Responsibility 主要职责

1.Support to establish and continuous improvement site management system

协助建立并持续改善工厂管理体系

2.Support to communicate and work preparation with local government

协助与地方政府的各项沟通及准备工作

3.Provide support to admin and operation management

对行政及生产管理提供支持

4.Establish positive relationships with shopfloor and other departments

与生产现场及其他部门建立积极的合作关系

5.Complete the assigned task from manager

完成领导交办的其他工作

6.Obey and comply with HSE regulation requirement; take implementation with HSE procedure requirement

遵守和符合健康、安全和环保（HSE）法规要求和按照健康、安全和环保（HSE）规章制度执行

7.Other temporary task assigned by line manager.

上级布置的其它临时性工作。

Qualification任职资格

1.Education 教育水平

Bachelor’s degree above, 本科及以上学历

2.Experience 工作经验

1+ years professional experience 1年以上相关工作经验

3.Skill

技能与能力

• English is a necessary in speaking, writing and reading. 能够运用英语进行工作交流，包括口头及书面。

• Experienced MS office software - excel, word, ppt skills 能够熟练使用办公软件- Excel, Word, PPT技能。

• Experienced SAP system熟悉使用SAP 软件。

• Demonstrated team building skills with the ability to work efficiently and good communication with internal and external customers. 很强的团队意识，并且能够很好地进行内外部沟通

• Good skills in data collection and analysis with AI tool. 能够利用AI 工具做数据收集及相关分析

期望条件

Mechanical or Computer soft engineering related preferred 机械或计算机软件工程相关专业优先

JV or WOFE experience preferred 有合资或独资型企业工作经验优先

Internal auditor certificate preferred拥有内审员证书优先

Knowledge of Six Sigma processes. Green Belt certification desirable 了解6西格玛的相关知识, 绿带认证优先
