Job Description:
**Job Overview**
The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end planning, materials management, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing cost and operational efficiency. This role leads demand forecasting, production planning, and cross-functional coordination across supply, manufacturing, and customer teams.
**Job Requirements**
+ Lead demand planning, material planning, and inventory management processes
+ Drive KPI performance (inventory turns, DOH, service levels, lead time reduction)
+ Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with business targets
+ Optimize supply chain processes and implement global SOPs
+ Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global planning teams
+ Manage customer communication, delivery performance, and issue resolution
+ Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team to achieve operational excellence
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization programs
**What your background should look like**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
+ 10+ years in supply chain/material planning within manufacturing or OEM
+ Minimum 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
+ Strong skills in planning, forecasting, inventory control, and data analysis
+ Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
+ Good English communication (verbal and written)
