Key tasks:
- Provide individual psychological support & case management (esp. GBV/FGM survivors)
- Lead PSS activities, awareness sessions & support groups
- Train community volunteers/CHWs on counselling & GBV prevention
- Maintain records, monitor impact & report regularly
✅ Requirements:
- BSc in Psychiatry Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or related
- 5+ yrs counselling experience (incl. GBV, preferably in health facility)
- Specialized training (CBT, PFA, mhGAP) preferred
- Fluent English & Somali | Female candidates highly encouraged
