MI Dallas Ministry Applicant: Phase I

We are happy to learn of your interest in pursuing ministry with our Movement Incubator (MI) ministry division. The information below summarizes the first phase of our application process for Novo ministry staff candidacy. All documents are used by those responsible for selecting ministry candidates for the MI Dallas team to prepare for further conversation and to discern ministry preparedness and fit with Novo.

1. Our Ministry Staff Selection Process starts with an initial application. The information you provide on the app will help us learn more about your spiritual journey and what brought you to us.

2. After you complete the initial app, we will follow up with an invitation to complete a Life History Questionnaire (which documents how your story has shaped you and prepared you for vocational ministry), APEST (an online, self-assessment tool that measures your behavior against the Five-Fold Ministry standards found in Ephesians 4), and GRIP (an online spiritual gifts assessment).
