1. Manage and support daily operations of business applications, including ERP, HRMS, Workflow, and other corporate applications.
2. Ensure business applications are stable, available, and able to support daily operations across the manufacturing site.
3. Responsibilities include daily maintenance and troubleshooting for Local systems and at lease have one of below application experience
3.1 provide day-to-day support for ERP users and business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain where applicable.
3.2 Support HRMS operation , including employee information, attendance, leave, payroll interfaces, organization structure, and other HR processes as applicable.
3.3 Support workflow system and related employee-facing applications.
