Retail Store Manager

As a Mickey’s Retail Store Manager, you’ll interact with both customers and team members. We’re looking for candidates who have:

Responsibilities include:

• Motivating, training, and coaching the team
• Completing store paperwork, inventory, and daily reporting accurately
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Hiring, scheduling, and developing team members

Please note this position requires flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
