Microbiologist

Job description:

• Perform microbial testing and analysis using standard laboratory techniques.
• Assist with other microbiological and molecular analyses as needed.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed and equipment is properly calibrated.
• Perform calculations, interpret test and prepare accurate reports.
• Support daily laboratory operations and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related science discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of related laboratory experience.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply for junior post.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and perform independently.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude, excellent teamwork and good communication skills.
