Summary
Oversee microcement application on residential or commercial sites, training and supervising crews while ensuring quality, safety, and client alignment throughout the process.
Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise a team of applicators and helpers on residential or commercial project sites.
Quality Control: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure surfaces are level, the microcement is mixed without lumps, and the final look meets aesthetic standards.
Site Preparation: Oversee substrate preparation, including repairing cracks with putty/plaster, applying primers, and laying fiberglass mesh where required.
Application & Sealing: Monitor the multi-stage application (base coat, fine coat) and proper curing and sealing of the finished surface (matte, satin, or gloss).
Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, interior designers, and clients to align on color palettes, design intent, and expected timelines.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols, manage inventory of materials (resins, powders, sealers), and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
