We are looking for a Microcomputer Support Technician (m/f/x) to join a company in the technology sector located in Málaga, specializing in IT solutions, technical support, and IT infrastructure maintenance for businesses.

We are looking for a resourceful, organized person with initiative and customer orientation, capable of providing technical assistance both on-site and remotely.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: 40-hour weekly working day - 100% on-site modality.

💰 Salary: 19,000 €/year

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to users and clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Resolve connectivity, local network, WiFi, and remote access incidents.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on computer equipment.
• Manage, document, and follow up on incidents using ticketing tools.
• Advise users and guarantee efficient and professional technical service.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Minimum experience of 3 years as an IT Support or Microcomputer Technician.

🔹 Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and hardware and software incident resolution.

🔹 Experience in remote technical support and on-site assistance to users.

🔹 Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.

🔹 Ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents autonomously.

🔹 Reside in Málaga or surrounding areas and have availability to work on-site.

🔹 Proactive, organized, and responsible person with good communication skills and customer orientation.

The following will be positively valued

🔹 Experience in IT service companies or computer maintenance for business clients.

🔹 Knowledge of Active Directory and basic administration of Windows servers.

🔹 Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing platforms.

🔹 Knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus, and backup solutions.
