Microfinance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Microfinance Manager to lead our initiatives in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the microfinance sector, particularly in managing group loans and working with Joint Liability Groups (JLG) and Self-Help Groups (SHG). This role is crucial for driving our mission to provide financial services to underserved communities and enhance their economic stability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement microfinance programs that cater to the needs of low-income households. - Oversee the management of group loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. - Collaborate with local communities to establish and support JLGs and SHGs, fostering financial literacy and empowerment. - Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine product offerings and improve service delivery. - Train and mentor staff on best practices in microfinance and client engagement strategies. - Monitor and evaluate the impact of microfinance initiatives on community development and financial inclusion.
