We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Automation & DevOps Engineer to join a Workplace Engineering team, with a strong focus on scripting, automation, Configuration-as-Code, and solution development within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for developing, maintaining and runnig scripts, automations, integrations, and deployment processes that optimize and automate the management and operation of services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions and execute scripts for Microsoft 365.
  • Automate operational processes across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Implement Configuration-as-Code and CI/CD best practices.
  • Build integrations using Microsoft Graph API and other REST APIs.
  • Design and manage deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual processes.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.

You must have:

  • Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and JSON.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Pipelines, and Continuous Integration and Deliveries practices.
  • Knowledge of Git and version control.
  • Understanding of Configuration-as-Code principles.
  • Ability to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions.

We value:

  • Experience with Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience using YAML for pipeline definitions.
  • Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Security & Governance.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
