As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you become the go-to specialist for everything M365 within a growing IT organisation. Sincere is a Dutch IT service provider supporting their international growth with a new role based in Valencia. The position is largely remote, with the possibility of working from a local office further down the line as the team expands in the region. You combine technical depth with a genuine drive to help clients move forward. Fluent English is required, as you'll work daily with international colleagues and clients. What will you do? You take ownership of Microsoft 365 environments for a varied portfolio of clients, from implementation through to optimisation. You switch easily between hands-on technical work and advising clients on strategy and governance. Your days are filled with: Migrating clients to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) Configuring and automating processes with Power Platform Designing secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions Advising on governance, compliance and security Optimising existing Microsoft 365 environments Guiding adoption and delivering training to end users Setting up policies for data protection and privacy Preventing data leaks and oversharing within client environments What do we offer you? You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people, and you take ownership of the solutions you deliver. Beyond that, you bring: Fluent spoken and written English is required Knowledge of or strong interest in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows (client and server) Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP Experience with migrations and Microsoft 365 management (pre) Affinity with modern cloud solutions and emerging technologies A client-focused mindset and a strong sense of responsibility Willingness to occasionally provide support outside office hours in exceptional cases Certifications such as: MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals AB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Administration Fundamentals AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Company profile Sincere is a Dutch IT service provider with decades of experience delivering smart, high-quality IT solutions for both large enterprises and SMEs.
