Microsoft 365 Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team and work closely with clients to deliver innovative Power Platform and AI-driven solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, conduct workshops, and design scalable solutions tailored to their needs. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients and contribute to exciting projects that drive business value. Your tasks

  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives

  • Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and define project scope

  • Designing innovative and scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Developing custom applications, workflows, and reports within the Power Platform environment

  • Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dataverse to support application data requirements

  • Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion

  • Providing training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients to empower them to effectively use and maintain solutions

  • Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation

  • Documenting solutions and design thinking for ongoing support once in production

  • Integrating Power Platform and AI-driven solutions with other Microsoft technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting or analyst role with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions

  • Proven experience designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling concepts

  • Ability to collaborate with clients and act as a trusted advisor on Power Platform solutions

  • Experience in delivering solutions using agile methodologies such as Scrum or DSDM

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project backlogs and scope for specific agile iterations

  • Fluent English

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Knowledge of Azure SQL and SharePoint as data storage options

  • Experience running hackathons or live build sessions with customers

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI Search
