About the role
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Support Technician to work for a B2B IT sector company located in León. The tasks to be performed are as follows:
- Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration.
- Resolution of Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 incidents.
- Management of users, groups, and licenses.
- Remote and on-site assistance to clients.
- Diagnosis and resolution of access, synchronization, mail, and collaboration incidents.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
Education & certifications
- Vocational training in the IT field.
Languages
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
Spanish - Native
Requirements
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 Tenants.
- We are looking for a dynamic person with a desire to grow professionally.
- Residence near the workplace is valued.
