Microsoft 365 Systems Developer - REMOTE

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Developer to drive the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of core applications, internal portals, and enterprise system integrations. In this role, you will bridge modern web development with enterprise platforms—building custom APIs, connecting cloud infrastructure, and establishing software governance across the organization. You will focus on building robust system architectures, automating business workflows, and maintaining reliable data flow across diverse software environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications, internal tools, and system portals using Python, JavaScript, and modern web technologies

• Engineer scalable, high-performance system architectures built to support rapid business growth and operational efficiency

• Manage cloud environments, deployment pipelines, and overall cloud infrastructure hosting

• Continuously monitor, optimize, and maintain application speed, uptime, and underlying system health

• Architect, build, and deploy RESTful APIs and integration layers to connect core systems and external SaaS platforms

• Manage and customize integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform

• Streamline complex business processes by building automated workflows and data synchronizations using Power Automate and custom scripts

• Establish coding standards, core frameworks, SOPs, and governance protocols across developer workflows

• Maintain comprehensive system maps, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration documentation

• Enforce security controls, identity and access management, and compliance standards across all systems and environments

About you

• High proficiency in Python, JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/CSS3

• Practical experience using Power Automate to streamline enterprise processes

• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase (PostgreSQL/Backend-as-a-Service)

• Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 administration/APIs

• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth 2.0), webhooks, and third-party platform integrations

• Familiarity with modern continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, version control workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC)
