Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support the implementation and deployment of Microsoft 365solutions across a regional business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing Microsoft 365 tenant environments, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements for Microsoft 365 deployment.
• Design and configure Microsoft 365 tenant environments based on project requirements.
• Perform tenant setup, administration and configuration to support business operations.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting and validation to ensure successful implementation.
• Support Microsoft 365 migration activities, including planning and execution where required.
• Provide technical support throughout the implementation and deployment lifecycle.
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide updates on implementation progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT engineering, infrastructure implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 tenant setup, configuration and administration.
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 deployment, implementation or migration projects.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and cloud-based services.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IT security principles and security controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support implementation activities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with business and technical teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
