Microsoft 365 Technical Expert – Exchange & Modern Workplace (h/f)

Are you a Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Expert with deep Exchange Online experience?

emagine has an opportunity for you to drive Exchange Online stability, migration remediation and technical audits with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• Expert-level Exchange Online: mail flow, permissions, transport rules, connectors, hybrid setups and messaging troubleshooting

• Strong Exchange Online PowerShell skills for administration, audit, reporting and automation

• Solid working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID, plus Intune (advanced)

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 migration experience, especially Exchange, mailbox and tenant-to-tenant

• Experience running technical audits, health checks and configuration assessments

• Security policies knowledge and experience with Incident, Problem and Change Management

• Experience in a large, global enterprise environment

• A valid Microsoft certification (M365 administration, identity, endpoint, security or collaboration preferred)

• Advantage: Microsoft Graph, Purview or Defender

Tasks & Deliverables

• Act as the senior L3 escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 incidents

• Lead investigations independently, from diagnosis to root cause analysis and remediation

• Remediate post-migration issues, prioritising messaging and Exchange topics

• Audit configurations, logs and message traces, then report on risks and gaps

• Build and update runbooks, scripts and troubleshooting guides

• Run knowledge-transfer sessions and deliver an end-of-engagement summary
