Job Description :

- Microsoft CRM D365 Developer with around 10 years of experience in CRM development.

- Specializes in Power Apps and Power Platform development.

- Proficient in implementing Microsoft Flows and Canvas Apps.

- Experienced in integrating JavaScript and HTML with MSCRM using SOAP, ODATA, and WEBAPI.

- Skilled in developing system workflows for CRM 2013, 2015, 2016, and D365.

- Expertise in Portable Business Logic (Business Rules) for various CRM versions.

- Knowledgeable in CRM customizations, including forms, ribbon, and site map modifications.

- Experienced in exporting and importing solutions into CRM.

- CE (Customer Engagement) Module is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to address complex enterprise business challenges and improve process automation.

- Develop and maintain custom Canvas Apps and Model-driven apps to provide intuitive user interfaces that enhance workforce productivity.

- Implement sophisticated automation workflows using Microsoft Flow to streamline cross-departmental business processes and reduce manual intervention.

- Lead the integration of D365 with third-party systems and legacy platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for Power Platform development to maintain high standards of code quality and system performance.
