As a D365 Lead Supply Chain Consultant you can expect to...
  • Provide business and application consultancy to our clients
  • Leads discussions with the client and project teams during the Project Design meetings
  • Implement and configure supply chain modules of D365 F&O
  • Carry out prototyping plans, procedure documentation and communicate with project team
  • Define D365 F&O functional requirement and design documents that developers can use for enhancements
  • Perform advanced configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 solution
  • Manages the testing and QA phases of a project for HSO; Test enhancements for end-user acceptance and accuracy
  • Organizes the communication between the test teams and technical/functional resources for resolution
  • Use provided methodologies to deliver successful projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve the use of the solution
  • Train power users and end users on efficient use of the solution, share ‘tips and tricks’
  • Travel to client-site when necessary


Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related required
  • 4+ years experience as a D365 F&O Supply Chain Consultant
  • Experience participating in all stages of multiple D365 F&O implementation projects
  • Successfully implemented the following modules: Products and Inventory, Procure to pay, Order to cash, Warehouse management, Transportation management, Master planning, Demand and Supply Forecasting, Intercompany Trade, Enterprise Asset Management
  • Expertise in writing functional specification, gap document and training materials
  • Ability to organize and managed the resources during the Testing phase
  • Ability to triage and fix bugs/issues and utilize MS provided technical resources
  • D365 F&O Supply Chain certifications highly desired
  • Flexibility to travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate

Physical Requirements:

  • This is a sedentary position that primarily involves sitting/standing. You can expect to:
  • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Work on a computer and look at a computer screen for prolonged periods
  • Move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
  • Communicate with others to exchange information via telephone, email, instant messaging tools and video conferencing
  • Perform repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers (i.e. typing on a keyboard, using a computer mouse, etc.)
  • Assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
  • Travel by airplane, train, or automobile to client sites to perform sedentary work as outlined above
