Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical-Functional Executive

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical & Functional Executive with strong technical expertise in AL development, ERP customization, and functional support. The candidate will be responsible for developing extensions, customizing reports, configuring ERP modules, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementation and integration activities across business functions, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Develop, customize, and maintain AL extensions using Visual Studio Code.
• Customize RDLC reports, Word layouts, and ERP functionalities as per business requirements.
• Configure and support Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, BOM, Job Work, Finance, and GST modules.
• Manage approval workflows, user roles, permissions, and master data.
• Support ERP implementation, customization, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide ERP support to internal users.
• Work with APIs, web services, OData, and SQL Server for integrations and data management.
• Manage ERP data imports, exports, and Excel-based reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports, SOPs, and technical and user documentation.
• Support Business Central administration, system enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in IT or Computer Science, BCA/MCA, B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science, MBA in IT/Operations, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Strong technical expertise in AL programming and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience developing and maintaining extensions, RDLC reports, and Word layouts.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and MS Excel.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and OData integrations.
• Experience in ERP troubleshooting, configuration, user permissions, and functional support.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with GST and Indian localization in Business Central.
