Summary
Senior Dynamics 365 CE developer delivering enhancements and new capabilities on Westpac's TCO Programme: building Dataverse entities, plugins, and custom APIs in C#/.NET, extending Power Platform model-driven apps, and integrating Copilot / Azure OpenAI GenAI features in a regulated banking environment.
Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱140,000 per month
Role Summary
The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer will play a critical role in delivering enhancements and new capabilities on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform as part of Westpac’s TCO Programme. The role requires strong hands-on D365 CE development experience, deep integration with the Power Platform, and practical experience leveraging Copilot / Azure OpenAI / GenAI capabilities within enterprise solutions.
This is a senior, delivery-focused role working closely with onshore leads, architects, and functional teams, with a strong emphasis on quality, scalability, security, and compliance in a regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, customise, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Build and extend Dataverse entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom actions.
• Develop server-side logic using C# (.NET), Plugins, Custom APIs.
• Configure and extend D365 using Power Apps (Model driven apps).
• Support integrations across the Microsoft stack using Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs.
• Design and implement Copilot-driven experiences within D365 and Power Platform.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI / GenAI services for:Case summarisation and knowledge assistance, Task automation and intelligent workflows and Agent-based or assistant experiences supporting internal users
• Work with architects to embed AI responsibly, ensuring security, auditability, and governance.
• Support prompt engineering, orchestration logic, and integration of AI services into business flows.
• Own build activities across sprint delivery, testing, and hypercare.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development and architectural standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across D365 and Power Platform.
• Contribute to documentation, deployment processes, and environment management.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills (Must-have)
• 5-10+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience in D365 (Plugins, Custom APIs).
• Deep experience with Dataverse and D365 extensibility patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
Copilot / AI (Must-have)
• Hands-on experience integrating or extending Copilot capabilities in D365 or Power Platform.
• Practical experience with Azure OpenAI / GenAI services, including consumption via APIs.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and data handling in enterprise environments.
Nice to Have
• Experience in banking or regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for D365 / Power Platform.
• Exposure to case management, workflow automation, or customer service solutions.
• Power Platform certifications.
