Key Responsibilities:
Own technical solutions and provide technical direction to development teams.
Design and implement enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure solutions.
Lead integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure and external systems.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security, performance and maintainability standards.
Mentor developers and drive technical best practices.
Identify technical risks and provide effective mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for project-level technical discussions.
Make independent technical decisions and take ownership of complex deliverables.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM + Dataverse + C#/.NET + React + Azure experience, with proven solution architecture, code review and technical leadership capabilities.
