Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer
Summary
Develop, customize, and support internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing) using C# and SQL, collaborating with stakeholders to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to help us develop, customize, and support our internal CRM ecosystem used by multiple business teams. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build reliable, scalable, and business-oriented CRM solutions that improve operational efficiency and automate key workflows.
You will have an opportunity to influence the evolution of the company’s CRM ecosystem and independently drive technical improvements across business-critical processes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing) that address specific business needs
Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the functionality and performance of the current CRM setup
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production environments to ensure high system reliability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into technical tasks
Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and future development
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing modules
Strong proficiency in C# programming language, with the ability to write robust and maintainable code
Solid understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL
Proven experience in delivering business-critical features on time in a collaborative and structured team environment
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Intermediate English proficiency
Will Be a Plus
Experience configuring and customizing on-premise Dynamics 365 setups for specific business needs
Previous experience in fintech domain
