Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to understand and gather the business requirements for Supply Chain processes accurately.
• Participated in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Master Planning, Production control and Warehouse Management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design functional solutions aligned with business needs.
• Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and conduct UAT sessions.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet business requirements following Microsoft best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-9 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or AX with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management, Production Control
• Experience in at least one full project lifecycle (end-to-end implementation or upgrade) and support projects.
• Ability to create functional design documents, conduct fit-gap analysis, and manage testing cycles.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
