Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking a D365 F&O Technical Lead to develop, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The role will work closely with business users, functional consultants, and IT teams to deliver customizations, integrations, reports, and technical support across the ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, test, and deploy D365 F&O solutions

• Build and support integrations between D365 F&O and internal/external systems

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support

• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities

• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, vendors, and project teams

• Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

• 2-5 years of ERP technical development experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Experience in X++, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, Data Entities, and ERP customizations

• Experience developing integrations using APIs, OData, or related technologies

• Experience supporting testing, deployments, and production support activities

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS)

• Preferred: Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
