Currently, we are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Techno-Functional Consultant for one of our partner organizations in KSA, offering the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant is responsible for managing, enhancing, and optimizing the Dynamics 365 platform across all departments. The role ensures business alignment, drives continuous improvement, and leads integration efforts with other core systems such as CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and the Data Warehouse.

This position combines technical expertise with business process knowledge to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that support the organization's digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, gather requirements, and implement effective solutions.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deploy new modules and system features.
  • Ensure proper system configuration, data integrity, and security controls.
  • Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and the Data Warehouse).
  • Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans to optimize business processes.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
  • Oversee change management, testing, and release management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and audit requirements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Dynamics 365 applications and related business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM).
  • Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
