Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

Job Responsibilities

· Participate in the migration of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365) environment from an on-premises infrastructure to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud environment.

· Assess the existing Dynamics 365 technical architecture, customizations, configurations, integrations and dependencies to support migration planning and execution.

· Support technical migration activities, including data migration, system configuration, custom code adaptation and deployment to the target cloud environment.

· Perform technical testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve migration-related issues.

· Support deployment, cutover, go-live activities and post-migration stabilization to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering system configurations, migration procedures, integrations and troubleshooting processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical development, configuration or implementation.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 migration, upgrade or cloud transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data migration, customisations and application deployment.
