Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with strong expertise in application support, maintenance, BAU operations, and integration management. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the existing Microsoft Dynamics environment, handling incidents and change requests, and maintaining integrations with Ellucian Banner until the platform is decommissioned.

• Provide BAU support for Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Handle routine change requests and minor enhancements.
• Support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and Ellucian Banner.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data synchronization issues.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Support operational activities, data validation, and application transition until decommissioning.

Preferred candidate profile

• 810 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong experience in Dynamics application support and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in BAU support and change request management.
• Knowledge of Dynamics configuration and customization.
• Experience with application integrations.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and Web Services.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience in production support environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

• Experience with Ellucian Banner integration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and data management.
• Experience supporting legacy applications during decommissioning.
