Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics and other related applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of technologies and platforms, including Linux-based systems.
• Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnosing application performance issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations and high availability of applications.
• Participate in incident management and problem resolution processes.
• Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and solutions to technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in application support, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Proficient in using Dynatrace for application monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Flexibility to work UK shift hours from an offshore location.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
