Job Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer to help build, enhance, and scale the TRACK Data Lakehouse platform using Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing modern data solutions, building scalable data pipelines, and supporting analytics and reporting requirements.

This role will work closely with stakeholders to integrate data from multiple Dataverse environments and other enterprise systems, while ensuring data quality, governance, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers within the Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture.

  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple Dataverse environments and other enterprise systems.

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and ETL/ELT processes.

  • Develop and optimize data models and semantic models to support analytics and reporting requirements.

  • Support Power BI reporting by providing reliable, high-quality, and well‑structured datasets.

  • Prepare and optimize data platforms to support AI/ML initiatives and Copilot data readiness.

  • Implement and maintain data quality standards, governance, security, and access controls.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines and Lakehouse solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and other technical teams to translate data requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, transformation, and performance issues.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, Analytics Engineering, or a related role.

  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric.

  • Experience supporting or developing solutions using Power BI.

  • Experience working with Dataverse and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Strong knowledge of Data Modeling and ETL/ELT Design.

  • Experience in designing and implementing modern data architectures and data pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

Employment Details

  • Experience Required: More than 3 years of relevant experience

  • Working Hours: 45 hours per week

  • Shift Schedule: Mid Shift, 2:00 PM to 12:00 MN

  • Work Setup: Hybrid

  • Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week, between Tuesday and Thursday

  • Project Location: Cyberpark 1
