We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Enablement & Adoption SME to support a long-term initiative focused on scaling Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview adoption to join a remote development team.

This role combines hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in enablement activities, including maintaining and extending training materials, delivering instructor-led sessions, and translating complex technical concepts into practical, user-friendly guidance.

  • Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

  • Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability)

Project scope:

  • Act as a Microsoft Fabric subject matter expert within the adoption team

  • Design and deliver training materials and instructor-led sessions (online/on-site)

  • Translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused guidance

  • Support adoption initiatives and contribute to learning journeys

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and co-develop the adoption approach with the Project Manager

  • Ensure training quality, consistency, and alignment with governance standards

  • Incorporate feedback and stay current with Fabric and Purview updates

  • Work within governance frameworks and collaborate with distributed (including offshore) teams

  • Focus on enablement and adoption rather than full-time development

Competence demands:

  • Senior-level experience with Microsoft Fabric (hands-on expertise required)

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Purview and data governance concepts

  • Experience in designing and delivering technical training or workshops

  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible learning content

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams

  • Ability to bridge technology, governance, and user adoption perspectives

  • Proactive, insight-driven mindset with a focus on user enablement

  • Very good English skills
