Microsoft Fabric Engineer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll build and optimize data pipelines and lakehouse architectures on Microsoft Fabric, with a focus on Oracle integration and migration experience that sets this role apart from standard Fabric work. Working across the full data stack from ingestion through reporting, you'll implement medallion architecture patterns, optimize Power BI semantic models, and ensure data governance standards are maintained. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain data pipelines and Dataflow Gen2 workflows in Microsoft Fabric.
- Lead or contribute to Oracle data integration and migration initiatives.
- Implement and maintain medallion architecture across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Shiny layers.
- Optimize Power BI reports and semantic models including DAX, performance tuning, and model design.
- Apply data modeling and governance best practices across the Fabric environment.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands-on experience with Data Pipelines and Dataflow Gen2 in Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Oracle integration or migration projects.
- Background in Power BI optimization including DAX, semantic models, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of medallion architecture patterns.
- Experience with data modeling and governance.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
