Microsoft MPOS Developer (Dynamics 365 Retail)
Salary: ₱130,000 – ₱180,000 per month
About the role
AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking a talented Microsoft MPOS Developer (Dynamics 365 Retail) to join our growing technology team. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) solutions using Dynamics 365 Retail technologies. You will work on designing and deploying robust retail systems that drive business value for our clients. This position is critical to our ability to deliver cutting-edge retail technology solutions in an increasingly digital marketplace.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy MPOS applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail framework
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for retail point-of-sale systems
Customise and configure Dynamics 365 Retail modules to meet specific client requirements
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimisation of MPOS solutions
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions
Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support to clients
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail updates and best practices in retail technology
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail developer or similar MPOS development role (3+ years minimum)
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET programming languages
Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Retail architecture, components, and deployment models
Experience with retail point-of-sale systems, payment processing, and inventory management concepts
Knowledge of X++ and/or other Microsoft development languages
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server for database development and optimisation
Experience with version control systems such as Git or Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail certification or relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred)
