Microsoft Power Platform Engineer at BairesDev

As a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer, you will design and deploy low-code solutions that transform manual business processes into efficient, digital workflows. You will serve as the technical link between organizational needs and scalable Microsoft-based applications, ensuring high-performance user experiences across the enterprise.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and build custom canvas and model-driven applications to solve complex operational challenges.
- Design automated workflows and logic using Power Automate to eliminate manual intervention and streamline data movement.
- Manage and optimize Dataverse environments to ensure secure, structured, and high-quality data storage for all applications.
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations within Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time actionable insights.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and external services to create a unified digital ecosystem.
- Implement robust governance and security standards, including role-based access controls and data loss prevention policies.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Low-Code Development.
- Proven expertise in building custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
- Proficiency in automating complex business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
