Microsoft Solution Architect (Power Platform & Copilot Studio)

We are seeking a Microsoft Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role will serve as the key bridge between business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and solution delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in solution architecture, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and business process transformation. Experience within financial services environments and exposure to domains such as Loans, AML, and KYC will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technology Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Align business requirements with technology capabilities and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
• Provide architecture guidance and technical leadership across delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency improvements through Power Platform capabilities.
• Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement

• Act as the primary point of engagement between business and technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, compliance, operations, data, and technology functions to understand requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate discussions to drive decision-making, manage dependencies, and resolve challenges.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.

Agile Delivery & Governance

• Lead and support Agile delivery across multiple squads and distributed teams.
• Drive backlog prioritisation and ensure delivery activities remain aligned to business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.

Business Transformation & Change Management

• Support organisational change initiatives related to platform adoption, automation, and process transformation.
• Provide guidance on change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovative use of Microsoft technologies and emerging capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and operational effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI-powered workflow automation capabilities.
• Understanding of solution architecture principles, integration patterns, and enterprise technology landscapes.
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, governance processes, and escalations.
• Knowledge of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience within financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of business domains such as Loans, AML, KYC, Compliance, or related operational processes.
• Experience working with distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or platform modernisation initiatives.
• Change management and user adoption experience.
