Mid Application Support Specialist

| Hybrid | Up to ₱90,000/month

We are looking for experienced Application Support Specialists to join a technology team supporting business-critical applications and enterprise systems.

This role is ideal for professionals with 5–8 years of application support experience who are comfortable working with SQL, incident management, ServiceNow, and production environments.

Position Details

• Experience: 5–8 years

• Salary: Up to ₱90,000/month

• Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite

• Schedule: Mid Shift for the first 3 months, followed by quarterly Night Shift rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and resolution for issues affecting business applications.

• Participate in incident and problem management activities.

• Investigate application issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution.

• Support the transition of application features and enhancements from development to production.

• Assist with release management and production implementation activities.

• Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders regarding incidents, issues, and operational concerns.

• Handle and coordinate escalations related to application support.

• Identify opportunities to improve application support processes and service delivery.

• Assist in automating manual support activities to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Manage multiple support activities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Business Application Support, or a related role.

• Good working knowledge of relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.

• Snowflake experience is a plus.

• Experience with incident and problem management.

• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Understanding or practical experience with an Enterprise Agile Framework, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

• Experience with Agile delivery and release management.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple operational issues and projects.

• Experience or active personal learning in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting SaaS applications or enterprise business applications.

• SAP experience is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as GitLab or Jenkins.

• Knowledge of Java and/or Python.

• Experience with application automation or process improvement.
